"To win a world by experience" Providing certificates and kits for shoe manufacturing to another group of students who have completed the shoe manufacturing training course to bring local entrepreneurship to the rural masses.Dayasiri Jayasekara, State Minister of Batik, Handicrafts, Textiles and Indigenous Garments was held at Bingiriya Panawewa Siri Gunaratana Pirivena on 24.12.2021.
This course is conducted by the Sri Lanka Textile and Apparel Institute (SLITA) and trainees who successfully complete it will be awarded the NVQ level 03 level certificate.
Panawewa Siri Gunarathana Parivenadhipati Thero with the blessings of the President, the Chairman of "Laksala", the Director of the Sri Lanka Textile and Apparel Institute, and the Divisional Secretary of Bingiriya were also present on the occasion.
We hope that such training programs will create new entrepreneurial opportunities for the rural population and create new opportunities for the local economy through local production.
