The Sri Lanka Institute of Textile & Apparel (SLITA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Design Centre (NDC), strengthening between two institutions.
The agreement was officially signed by Mr. Tharanga Nalin Gamlath, Director General of SLITA, and Mr. Sisira Amarabandu, Chairman of NDC. As a part of this MOU, NDC extended a sponsorship for SLITA RUNWAY 2025 and presented a glamorous collection during the show.
As sister institutes under the same Ministry, this milestone marks a strong step forward in fostering public sector contribution towards creative industries and fashion development in
Sri Lanka.
