On the provisions of the State Ministry of Batik, Handloom Textiles and Local Garment and under productions resource Contribution of Sri Lanka Textile and Garment Institute,a design program was held for 5 days (August 2-6)at the Batik Service Training Center, Panduwasnuwara which is required as one phase of the course Certificates in Batik Garment Manufacturing (3 months) .
